Join me for a deep dive course in
Whole Brain Living this July, 2025!

Over the last few years, many of you have reached out and encouraged me to run a deep dive course into Whole Brain Living, so I have chosen to do that this summer. I hope you will join me, should you desire a little more peace in your heart, and less fear/anxiety in your mind. 

As a reminder, Whole Brain Living is a neuroanatomically based psychological paradigm that functions as a roadmap to help you better understand the two emotional and two thinking modules of cells in your brain. Each of these four modules of cells manifest very specific skill sets, that ultimately demonstrate as four predictable personality characters that we each exhibit. I call these the Four Characters

Whole Brain Living remains my tool of practice, because I know there is nothing more powerful than bringing all four parts of my brain into communication with one another in a BRAIN Huddle. I am living a peaceful life because all parts of me are being heard and nurtured. Although we may not always be able to choose the circumstances within which we find ourselves, we certainly have the power to choose how we let those circumstances impact our mental health. 

Our deepest and wildest emotions of anxiety, fear, resentment, anger, sadness, and grief are not our enemies. They are important information from which we can learn and grow. Whole Brain Living is a wonderful tool that helps us hear rather than fear what our emotions are trying to say to us. Whole Brain Living is a tool that trains us how to sustain a peaceful heart and mind, even when we find ourselves emotionally triggered. 

This is true personal freedom.
